ABOUT

DR. MATTHEW D'AMBROSIO
Dr. D'Ambrosio is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic spine surgeon in New Jersey specializing in complex and minimally invasive surgery of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. My first priority is to relieve pain and restore function without surgery whenever possible—through education, medication optimization, guided physical therapy, and image-guided injections. When surgery is the best option, I use modern, tissue-sparing techniques tailored to each patient’s goals.
